Trials and Tribulations is a pretty sad game. Looking back on it, there were some pretty deep moments.

I'm always willing to defibrillate my own threads.
I was playing through Super Metroid again, and I actually love the feeling of solitude and desolation that come with Metroid games. Prime 3 didn't really capture that, but it was still fun.
ODST also had a great amount of atmosphere when playing as the Rookie. Out in the street of a major metropolis on your own, fighting against an invading force, really makes you feel like a badass.

The Level in Half Minute Hero where you meet Sasha. It's the most bittersweet part of a game I've ever played.

Recently got kinda emotional in Bioshock 2, particularly towards the end.

Yeah, the first time I played through Bioshock I harvested a Little Sister. Beforehand I didn't care because, hey, more Adam. But after I felt like a monster. But the game had already saved at that point and I knew I couldn't save some and harvest others. So I had to keep harvesting and by the end of the game I really felt horrible. To make up for it I actually ended up playing through the game another two times just to save them all.

The first Bioshock's themes of moral relativism and political freedom really strikes a chord with my beliefs of government control. The dark tones of how things are just so fucked up made Rapture all the more interesting.
I'm looking forward to how Bioshock Infinite handles the concept of Ultra-Patriotism in America.

The death of Zero in MMX, when I left Curly Brace to die in Cave Story I felt horrible, then i felt even worse when I found out that I could have saved her,
when i beat Wind Waker I felt pretty emotional, also in Monster Hunter Tri at the beginning when I had to kill the harmless herbivores I felt kinda guilty, that went away after a while though.
