I honestly think it's Legends 3, but I haven't played any of the games in the series so I'm hoping for X9 with SNES graphics.

New X. I like Legends, but I just back to them recently and that voice is just grating.

This is capcom we're talking about. Unless they cast Nolan North as Mega Man Trigger, he's probably gonna be voiced by some chick from some anime with some strange words in the title that I can't pronounce.
And third person shooters have grown quite a lot since the first legends. Maybe they could give it the RE4/Deadspace control scheme. And have Trigger voiced by Nolan North. And have the entire thing be set in an undersea bio/robo lab. And- I'm done.
