Nah man, Rodney Mullen is almost strictly better than Phil Margera.
Sure, Phil's got a sweet grab game going on but his flatland combos are put to shame by Rodney and that's where you going to get the majority of your damage in.

He was a pretty strong anti arial character. Spider-man was good for flashy supers. And Wolverine balanced my team out. So many good times with that game. I really need to find a physical copy.
