Hmm, I guess that's easier than what I was thinking about doing.

it's kind of nice, but it just seems douchy to not allow bigger ones. I mean, why not?

So they can still push the bigger hard drives onto people.

How to install a bigger hdd into your current hard drive
It's basically just swapping the hdd inside of the 360's hard drive case with another compatible laptop hard drive.
So you can either buy a 250gb hard drive for around $150 or buy a 250gb hard drive for $50 and install it yourself.
I'm glad they're adding the option of using USB storage finally, though.

The limit kinda pisses me off. I have a 20 Gig, and that clearly isn't enough. 16 gigs should come in handy though.

I don't care either way because I've have a 120 GB harddrive that came with the Elite when I bought it and after three years it's still not full.

I've had a 20gb that's been pretty much full for awhile now to the point where I can only have one or two demos on it at a time, so this saves me the trouble of needing to get a new hard drive or upgrading mine using the method I posted earlier.
The update comes out April 6th, by the way.
