I never had that much of a problem with a grocery store.
Call centres are infintely worse.

I just hate dealing with stupid people. A lot of people are okay, but it's the occasional idiot that just ruins it for you.
I often had people compliment me for my bagging skills (one couple affectionately called me "that guy who gets everything in one bag"), but one guy was giving me shit for "taking too long", so I just threw all is stuff in random bags and shooed him along. Then you get people through the speedy lane with a full cart, people who accuse you of scanning things wrong because "the total is too high", people who get impatient when you pull out the book for produce codes because you haven't memorized everything except for bananas (4011)...

Actually, the problem with working grocery is that everyone HAS to buy groceries, as opposed to restaurants and other businesses where everything is optional.

Dude, i'm at a specialty college right now.
I get my masters in 4 years instead of 6.
BUT, my semester is a month long. I have 10 hour classes every day, and if i miss one its like missing two weeks.
On top of that my classes are at ridiculous times like 1 am.

Apparently Maryland is supposed to get like 3 feet of snow this weekend, so we just had the third busiest day our store has ever had.
So, yeah, I know about groceries.

The stuff that diuretic drugs waste, specifically loop diuretics like Lasix, and may cause hypovolemia, low blood pressure, and dehydration, and a lack of the specific electrolyte K+ may cause serious arrhythmias, asystole, muscle cramps/weakness, and twitching.
Jesus. My brain. That ^ is what college does to it.
