Have you ever done something in a game that has impressed you (and maybe a few other)? I can't brag about this stuff in public, because most of my friends think I'm making up games to brag about. Post in this thread if you feel that you have done something impressive, unlocked a extraordinary trophy/achievement, or won some kind of tournament (I don't really care about competitive gaming, other than the dual between Steve Wiebe and Billy Mitchell).
Only two things come to mind for me:
-I beat Hero 3 on Half-Minute Hero. My friends think I made this game up. Hero 3 is the same as Hero 30, except you only have 3 seconds. Beating this unlocks the OST which has some really good music.
-I got 935,050 points on one stage in Peggle. I got the triple score on an Ultimate Extreme Fever (I shit my pants).

I'm 100% positive this was a thread already.
As far as accomplishments, I seriously doubt I have any worth mentioning (and even if I did, I doubt I'd remember them).
Still, I've always been moderately proud of my :22 time on Emerald Hill Zone. It's no world record, but I feel good about it.

I've gotten 999,999 (the maximum possible score) in Lumines multiple times...but that's not necessarily so rare.
I'm also a Grand Master of Peggle, which means I beat story mode AND all of the challenges, including the really fucking difficult ones like 750,000 points and the master duels. I'm working on Extreme Grand Master, which is all that + 100% clears on every level. I"m about a third of the way there. My top score in that game was about 850,000, though, so you have me beat, holycrapman.
I also have a habit of being the top scorer in BF2 games, but that's just because I'm a whore of a medic. It's not hard to get top scores when you run in, kill everything, revive everything, and then heal yourself for good measure.

My gaming achievements...can't think of any off the top of my head that are really impressive, I'm 100% all the main series pokemon games, can 100% crash 2 in a few hours (not speed running, just remembering where everything is), beaten most zeldas, marios, blah blah blah XD
Oh I know, I got 100% of absolutely everything in Shadow the Hedgehog XD
EDIT: Oh, and Sonic Heroes too, can't forget that

It was probably a thread 2 times already, I apologize (sincerely) that I was too lazy to find it. I searched the first and second pages, but there was nothing that stood out. I beat FEAR by kicking a ghost in the face. I consider that an accomplishment. E^D^I^T PoutingYoshi wrote: Oh, and Sonic Heroes too, can't forget that
I hope everyone forgets that game.

^_^ I find it's not as bad as people say, certainly not great but I liked it, same with shadow, I liked shadow more than heroes, hell, I like shadow more than sonic CD, I honestly don't care for it at all.

In Kirby's Nightmare in Dreamland I got 100% on regular, hard and Meta Knightmare mode all in one sitting. Not the hardest thing to do, but I'm still proud of it.

The best thing about Sonic CD is that it's not SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG.
I never really understood all the "BEST SONIC GAME EVER" credit that everybody gives it (aside from the stellar soundtracks), but it's on par with the rest of the 16-bit Sonic games. If you don't like those, you have no right calling yourself a "massive Sonic fan". You're a HACK, that's what you are.
S3K is by far the king of Sonic games, whereas Shadow the Hedgehog is just... uuuuggggghhhhhhh

I've never played Sonic CD but I know it's at least as good as the rest of the Genesis games, and I've played almost every 3D Sonic game (except '06 and the Wii games) and enjoyed them. EXCEPT for Shadow. I even liked Heroes somewhat.
Also, I beat MM9 in 45 minutes, which I think isn't as impressive as beating MM3 in that time, because you don't have to go through 8 extra bosses in MM9.
