And Megaman talking DID, I was asking you a question which you didn't answer.
Regardless, the different versions had different things happen, and unless Capcom says so themselves, it splits apart what happened.
Plus, it's not like it's the first difference between the two series. In the Japanese games, Megaman isn't aware that Protoman is his brother, but he calls him "brother" a few times in the US games.

By your logic Megaman isn't aware that Protoman is his brother because there isn't a fucking Megaman or Protoman in Japan.

Actually i was thinking it would be cooler if Cowbox and Fox kidnapped Rizzi and the girlfriends of the members and then you could select which Mega you'd play as, like in MMX4.
