I'm trying to go through the Steel Gym in Platinum with my only Fire move being my Flareon's Fire Spin.

...Damn. Dual types made this so much harder than I thought it would be. I tried to pick pokemon that suit their types (aka. Bulbasaur is a legitimate grass type, not poison), but I cheated on a few.

I like a lot of Pokemon just for being iconic or loveable, not because they're actually good. Oddish and I just have a long history together.

I never use Tropius. I actually don't care about any of the Grass Pokemon, but Tropius looks like a dinosaur, so it wins in my book.

I picked him because I think he's awesome. As is Honchkrow. It's not a list of Pokemon I use, it's a list of my favorite Pokemon from each type.
