When I saw them in Akron, they were talking about how much they wanted to.
They even played around with the idea of putting it on a Megatainment sequel, before ES ever proposed the idea of finishing the other tracks.

I actually love this horrible show. I have every episode. There was even a crossover episode where X, Vile, and Spark Mandrill come back from the future to get some metal for some super lame plot, but still awesome to see all of the robot masters in a cartoon. And you can't forget Dr. Light's famous line from the first episode when Wily kidnaps Rock & Roll "Oh no! Not Rock and Roll!"
The intro is so catchy, any chance on a cover Mr Schneebly, I mean Gregatron?

Toei is the animation studio.
And no, Ocean Studios is different from FUNimation. They're up in Canada, FUNi is in Texas. FUNi took over halfway through the Frieza Saga.
