Fox is not better than Jak and Daxter. Look at the Starfox CG games. They suck.

its hard to decide the best heroes. People will vote for who they know--and most people know cloud. He's a girly emo anime guy. Anime girl freaks will go for him.
Anyways, I like Zack better. He's actually happy and much more badass IMO.
Top heroes, I think, have to be (of course) Megaman, Sonic, Link (how can he not be?), not really Raziel, though he's cool, Dante from DMC, Ecco (I love that game!), Crash Bandicoot because he's hilarious, Starfy, Cecil, Ness and the gang, Auron, and a bunch of others I can't think of at the mo'.
Depends on the gamer, I guess...nowadays, people consider themselves "gamers" if they play HALO and that's it. Ugh. newbie gamers just don't get the charm of an older, harder video game.

Well if we're going by power alone and taking popularity out of it, Raziel, Ness, and Megaman are definitely up there.
