I pick the happy medium. While I -DO- hate to lose, I've said this before, I don't mind losing provided it was a good fight. That's all that I ask for.

I can confirm this from many close matches of MVC2. There's nothing worse than playing a fighting game with someone who gets bitchy when they lose.

Sometimes it is the controller.
For example, I was recently playing on my friend's arcade stick. It was a four-way (meaning it only had the grooves for the four main directions) whereas I prefer an eight-way.
