Made by ARC System Works, the folks who created Guilty Gear. It's described as the Spiritual Successor to Guilty Gear, and I can tell by looking that it's got a similar style and feel to it.
Shit looks sweet.
I'm hesitant to pay 60 bucks for a Fighting game because they tend to not last so long, so I'll probably wait a little while for it to drop in price (a game like this looks like it probably wouldn't sell a million copies in its first day, so I'm guessing a couple of months) but I really REALLY want to check it out. I played a little bit of Guilty Gear and I enjoyed it.

That looks awesome! My favorite M.U.G.E.N. characters were always the ones that were well-animated, and this looks to be full of great animation. Also, one of my friends said that Guilty Gear is button-mash-tastic, and I suck at fighting games, so if this is more accessible than that, then this sounds great.

The Guilty Gear series is the only fighting game series that compares to MvsC2 for me.
This looks awesome in a half shell.

K so I changed my mind. The first set of copies they're sending out contains only Limited Edition versions. But they're selling at standard 60 dollar prices. It comes with the entire soundtrack (which, as people who've played Guilty Gear will know, is rock-tastic). I just decided to go ahead and buy it.

That was why I payed $40 for Prinny, and that turned out awesome. Hopefully the same goes for this. _________________

I'm neck-deep in one too many fighting games at the moment, so I'm going to have to pass on BlazBlue for the time being.
