I remember having one nightmare about drowning in syrup failing to save everybody I cared about in the syrup, thus making me terrified of syrup for like 10 years. Then I discovered apple-cinnamon syrup, and all was better.

I recently watched an old episode of the Mega64 Podcast where one of their guests, over the course of about half an hour, drank a bottle of syrup. Then he drank about half of a second bottle.
This made me want to, one day, two-fist some Mrs. Butterworth and down it all in one sitting.
