Hey guys, I'm still alive- repeat, I'm still alive (Check my message in Mega's army section if your curious as to why I've been gone for over 4 monthes). The NES tournament, however, was dead when I came here, so I decided to revive it. I considered just using the old thread but after seeing all the spam, I think starting this new thread would be the best course of action. Without further ado, here's the main part of the topic. ooo Hello, and welcome to the NES tournament, where 36 games are nominated to compete for the gold medal and be considered by the community the greatest NES game of all time. Bracket:  You may be wondering how it works. Well here is how: When two games are in a match, you can vote for one game. That's one game, no splitting your vote between two games  You can, however, switch votes as long as the match isn't over.When one game has 6 votes, it moves up on the bracket and, eventually, competes in another match. To see more clearly how it works, you can view this image:  To keep the tournament from dying down, you are allowed to vote once every 24 hours.Game list: 1. Megaman 3 2. Sweet Home 3. Round 20:  Castlevania 3: Dracula's Cursevs.  Ninja Gaiden 2: The Dark SwordI like how in Ninja Gaiden 2 you can actually move up and down walls, not to mention the fact that its Game Genie codes were actually useful, but CV3 introduced Alucard, had branching paths, awesome music (well, in the Japanese version at least), oh yeah- and 4 playable characters. Well, like, this round was finish legit. I think Ninja Gaiden won like 8 to 2. After that all hell broke loose and shit spiraled out of control.
