Almost bought a used copy of MvC2 on PS2 today. Anyone think this is a good idea?

How much was it? I remember MvC2 used to be worth a lot but I don't know how much that's changed since the digital re-releases on PSN and XBLA.

So I got Xenoblade yesterday. This game took my expectations, threw them out a window, dove after them, landed on them, stomped them into the dirt, and then violently raped them and murdered them. This game is amazing. Simple as that.

Also MvC2 was like $34 I think. I thought it would be cool to own a physical copy of it but I didn't know if it had any other features on the PS2 version than the XBLA version did.

you earned money for playing the game and used it in a shop to unlock all the characters and alt colors, on the dreamcast it even let you use the shop through the vmu it was kind of neat at the time but i prefer to have all the dudes in a fighting game from the start now.

Ah. I guess they didn't have DLC back then. Oh well. Not buying it I guess. Was pretty cool just finding a physical copy I guess.

So who all has Xenoblade? I'm about halfway through Makna forest with all my characters at about level 33. Played for 16 1/2 hours.

Just did the coming of age ritual thing in the swamp, about level 27. Tried climbing the thing but got killed by a couple of asshole birds. Rockin' shit with Dunban.

I feel like you guys are way farther than I am. I'm in the mines under Colony 6. I've been playing for about 15 hours and my characters are all 26 I believe. The side quests keep distracting me.

I'm really not that much further, only about two areas past the mine. I'm just not really bothering with most of the sidequests.

I've done a few of the sidequests so that I can be prepared for the tougher battles that keep happening at the end of a dungeon, place, whatever you wanna call it. I spent a few hours today doing nothing but sidequests to keep getting higher in level. Turns out, it didn't help much. I leveled up a total of two times after spending about two and half hours questing. I wish better monsters were in the areas I was. At least the lower level monsters don't mess with you after you get so high, they just look at you and are like, "Those guys are way too badass for us let's hope they don't notice we're here."
