Oh man...If they put in Megaman as a playable character I think my head would explode. I'm pretty sure they won't though...didn't they release a complete roster or something?
Definitely stoked about Sonic tho. And Wifi, woohoo.

omg. They HAVE to put him in. There's no excuse for no Megaman.
Also, what the crap? Why doesn't Capcom make a fighting game for the Megaman games? I know they did those power fighers games but wouldn't it be sweet if they did it Street Fighter style with boss characters and all the different versions of Megaman?...Like MMX and Zero and Bass and everyone?

Megaman would be neat, but there's so many hurdles they'd have to overcome. Would he have powers from bosses? If so, which ones from what games, and how would he cycle through them?
Honestly, I don't think we'll see Megaman. It'd be cool, but I just don't see it happening.

I don't think it would be TOO hard, actually... Mega Man was in Marvel vs. Capcom 2, and they did a fine job of figuring out what powers he'd be able to use. Speaking of that game, it think it's time to dust off my Dreamcast.

Delay was for sales in the new quarter or something, and the full roster's been leaked. No megaman. =\

The game is coming out at midnight tonight, only 13 hours
away. I know I'mma be up at my local gamestop with friends.
It's sad, and pretty unfortunate about Mega Man not being in, but...
This one is Capcom's fault.
Nintendo and Capcom had somewhat of a 'falling out'.
And now, they're not exactly happy with each other.
Or, rather, Nintendo isn't too happy with them.
And it's all because Resident Evil 4....
Nintendo had it licensed as a Gamecube exclusive, but...
we all know it got put on the PS2 with some extras as well.
Naturally they weren't the happiest about this.
This is the reason we saw "Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition."
They were trying to make amends.
Then we also saw Umbrella Chronicles.
And now we have Monster Hunter and a new Mega Man game
headed to the Wii, so it really looks like they're trying to
make up for that, and the lack of Nintendo support.
Unfortunately... there's still no Mega Man...

It's not just RE4. Capcom had something called the Capcom Six or something with Nintendo, where they were going to bring six exclusive games to the GameCube, that were completely stellar titles. I forget what all the games were, but RE4 was on there, as well as the Viewtiful Joes.. Capcom did bring these titles to GameCube first, and most of them have the "Only for Nintendo GameCube" thing on them, but they ended up putting them on PS2, too.

Heh I'm actually going to go pick it up in a few minutes! Double-check your Wii friend code - it's 4 digits short. Then go post it in the Wii friend codes thread and add the rest of us!
(To do that, go to the mail icon and send a message, then click on address book... at least that's how I think you do it.)

Actually, Brawl gives you a different friend code that is only 3 sets of 4 numbers long. Here is mine: 1504 5379 4157
