I just finished the MegaMan GigaMix books. I watch One Piece whenever I can get the DVDs. Any other recommendations for anime?
There were like 2 extra chapters of the creator trying desperately to make a new story arc to get people interested but it was solved so quickly and was completely anti-climactic and, honestly, kind of pathetic.
Fairy Tail and Hunter X Hunter are the two I watch weekly besides One Piece.

Thinking of watching all of the Dragon Ball Z movies sequentially because I'm in a real DBZ mood.
Anyone recommend missing any particular ones, where the payoff of missing them won't affect the plot hole that I'm missing also?
It's holidays here. And I've gotta do SOMETHING to keep the boredom at bay.

Kai is pretty sweet, especially if you ignore every time the narrator announces a time skip and gohan going from a little kid to a teenager and instead just imagine that the whole series is taking place over the course of a few days with all these evil dudes showing up back to back.
Raditz shows up in the morning, vegeta and nappa show up a day or so later, then they go to namek, meet everybody there, then when they get back frezia shows up again, then all the androids and cell becoming perfect takes place in one afternoon, then you got a few days before the cell games before the most eventful week ever is over.

I would prefer it that way.
In most games there isn't a huge time skip/months between problems.
It happens on the fly, which adds a lot of dynamic to it in my opinion.

I keep telling you that the shit that goes on for years and years isn't the normal length for anims and most of them go for 26 episodes.
You still gotta watch Madoka. Also I started watching Katanagatari and it's p. cool, 12 episodes long although each episode is 50 minutes.
Also the new Hunter x Hunter anim is fucking rad as shit, and while it HAS gone on for years and years, this new one is prob. only gonna be 26 long.

Either Fullmetal Alchemist anime. The 2003 anime runs for I think 54 episodes and the Brotherhood Anime runs for 60is
Trigun is awesome at around 20 episodes
FLCL is only 6 and awesome

Just finished Tengen Toppa: Gurren Lagann.
That was STELLAR AWESOME AMAZING SICK NASTY RAD!!!
Next up for me is probably either second season of Darker Than Black or Code Geass

New winter anims that I'm digging:
Brave 10 - Based on episode 1, it's a series about a feudal lord or whatever who wants to gather ten brave warriors (ONE FOR EACH FINGER). The main dude is like half ninja half samurai or some shit, and there's a ladyfriend with a super magical hair ornament. Seems pretty cool.
Senki Zesshou Symphogear - So far it seems to be what would happen if Evangelion and Madoka Magica had a baby that got its magical robot girl powers from singing its own theme song.
Daily Lives of High School Boys - TSIA. For those of you that aren't jigger, that means "title says it all." It's a slice-of-life comedy about high school boys (Yes, BOYS. Not girls. We're in uncharted territory here, folks) and so far... it's really good. If any of you guys checked out Nichijou a few months ago, this is kind of a similar thing in that it's Actually Pretty Damn Funny.
