I got the demo the other day. LOVE IT. I cannot wait for the game to come out in November...but, is it showing my age when I was having trouble keeping up with here Classic Sonic during his demo stage?

Nah, the classic stages are definitely much tougher than the modern. Less time to react when you're GOTTA GOING FASTing.
Also, this is the first time i've had fun playing a one player game in a long, long time.

Great game, hoping for additional DLC zones, only having 3 genesis zones was kind of weak. Don't get me wrong, the modern stages were just as fun, but there's just this whole extra wow factor to seeing a level that as only been done in 2D fully rendered in 3D with all these extra touches and details, seeing stages I've already seen in 3D again with slightly better graphics just doesn't have that same effect.

Seriously man. I hope they do.
Apparently they are... Casino Night Zone has been hinted at.
The Modern from classic is a big thing for me too.
Sky Sanctuary never looked so badass!

Isn't Casino Zone DLC for Gamestop pre-order? I haven't checked what I got for pre-ordering yet...

Just reading "Casino Zone" makes me rageface. I could never get past that one spinner as a kid (you all know the one I'm talking about). When I figured out recently that all you had to do was press up or down, I pretty much swore off that level forever.

Fucking carnival night zone, I always thought you had to have a 2nd player as tails to fly you up or use the bubbleshield to bounce on it right.

Oh, was it *Carnival Night? I hate how the Sonic games have really similar levels with just slightly different-sounding names. I constantly get levels from the different games confused.

Casino Night was 2, Carnival Night was 3, and there was a Casinopolis in Adventure 1. Also Casino Street in 4.

That video just made me disappointed that this wasn't actually how the music in Sonic Generations works. I haven't played the game, so I didn't realize until I read the description that it was just some student's research project.

Dude. It's the way of the future!
And some kid at college did it.
It's one of the most inspirational things I've seen this year.
