I can't speak for the Gaylord, but there's most likely a bar or 3 there, like the Hilton had. Most of it takes place in the rooms though.

Like I said before, sadly won't be able to make it. And then even if I did have the funds, I'd have to convince my probation officer to let me attend. So hopefully next year. Unless I hit the lotto. Then that throws all plans out the window.

I wish I could go. I have not been to any fests or cons either. I am still only in high school and my parents do not like me playing video games, or going out to late parties etc. Things like that so derp. Im not going...

Thanks for posting this thread Jim. Anyone who's thinking about attending for the first time and is worried about not knowing anyone, finding a room, etc... fear not. Jim Fear and Jay C will be your shepherds. I've witnessed these guys many times kicking ass at making the Megas Army feel like a big happy family.
Can't wait to meet you Gergus, as well as any other new faces that make it out to party at the Gaylord with us!
And if any of you guys are beer pong ringers, please come out. These guys need the help.

So as of right now the only confirmed folks I have would be myself, JayC and much of his crew, and Gergus.
Now that we're a little bit closer, does anybody have a better idea? If you can't come, don't feel bad, there's always next year - at the moment, I just want to lock down some of these details.
