For MM 5: Gravity Man is one of my favorites. Napalm man had some great stuff done with it in the Grand Robot Master Remix battle. Stone man is actually pretty catchy too.
I like the music in 5. It's not the best or the most catchy, but some of it is pretty cool.
Oh, and Wily stage 3-4 in MM4 is da best. Really dramatic.

I dunno, for the first 2 minutes or so it doesn't feel like them, but when the full beat kicks in it feels a lot like their earlier stuff [especially Rollin' and Scratchin'].
