Just watched Rango. It's kinda like an Star Fox set in the old west... I don't know. It's really good.

Can anyone speak to Captain America? All the reviews I've read have been good.

Dude..
I'm on shrooms for the first time ( sorry if anyone disagrees but Im a grown ass man) and I just saw it.
Blew me away.
As a film major who was almost a paleontologist, I was upset when the director of Jurassic Park 3 was given the job of Cap', but he pulled his shit together in ten years obviously.
Action packed fun, chris evans is sublime, he completely became Steve rogers for this role and dominated.
Must see in 2011, makes up for Thor's lackluster performance with the audiences.

Glad to know I wasn't the only person who though Thor was lame.

Thor was rad and the trailers for Cap looked fucking atrocious, you're going to have to do better than "I enjoyed it while on mushrooms" to convince me.

Thor was pretty awesome.
Oh I saw Horrible Bosses today. It was OK I guess. Funny in places but way too light hearted for it's subject matter.

Despite the outcry from whiny fanboys, I thought the new Spider-Man trailer was pretty cool.

That trailer made me want to play mirrors edge, AS SPIDERMAN! They should totally include that first person perspective in the movie.
Anyways, I saw cap a few days ago and it was a good movie. i love when movies actually take place in a time other than our own and seeing the world of the 1940s come alive was a breathe of fresh air compared to the most recent comic turned movies that have come out. i like that it assumed that you had seen the other marvel movies so they didn't have to waste time explaining the norse gods since the movie was already two hours long anyway. also i loved seeing a villain played by someone who doesn't have a stupidly low rumbling voice like in any other superhero i've seen. plenty of humor that wasn't cheesey and the action is pretty over the top. it reminded me of the rocketeer and i guess the director had worked on that film so good guess for me. i wish that the cap had taken more of a beating though, since that was what made him special because he never backed down. either way, worth the money to see it in theatres, didn't watch it in 3d though, so i don't know about the effects.

Spy Kids 4 was not a good movie.
Also it had Ricky Gervais in it for no reason. That was odd.
OH AND A LOT OF TIME PUNS!

Watched CKY 1-3, still gotta watch 4. So far the best one is CKY2K. It's basically 45 minutes of Jackass's West Chester crew, Bam, Dunn, Dico, Raab, and Rake, plus a bunch of their skater friends, doing stupid shit and filming it. It's less "structured" than Jackass because they don't talk to the camera and explain the situation.
Also I had apparently not seen the first hour of Jackass 3.5, which is essentially a bunch of extra footage they didn't use in Jackass 3D. I'm not sure why though, because I think 3.5 is BETTER than 3.

Would you say the movie was a waste of time?

You really expect a kids movie that comes with a scratch-and-sniff card to be any good?
