I think that might be an issue with EA. I had trouble with my Battlefield 2142 key when I picked that up, and this was before I even used Steam.

Steam support finally got back to me... Told me to contact EA support.
Finally got a new CD key after an hour of the EA support guys telling me that I should contact steam support because it sounds like a steam problem and them telling me 'well it looks like the key is registered to another account' after I keep telling them every time I try to register it says the cd key is already in use.

huh?? i'm just saying that they put out some good games like skate and mass effect and dantes inferno i mean sure they didn't make them but they had some say. i never had a problem with them

The only company who is a bigger stain on the gaming industry than EA in terms of just being run by complete shitheads is Activision.
