So... I am horrible at understanding lyrics while a song is played live.
However.
From what I can tell from it, the version posted here, and my recording (which is shit, but I'll try to get onto YouTube soon)... THough, I'm first looking at uploading my camera footage to the MAGFest guys, so that's where my upload is going, at the moment.
This is a song from Mega's PoV. And it is pretty damn dark.
The lyrics, as best I can make them out:

I think I have a new favourite Megas Song.
Which is funny cause my other favourite was the Message.
What is it about Stage Select Themes?

I think The Megas are great, especially the lyrics... they give personalities to characters who don't even have dialogue.

It seriously is. When they said on their last podcast that their Rush song was their best song yet, I was kinda like "... a song about Rush/from Rush's PoV is their best? o_O"
... But then *this*. Damn.

I sort of miss "not a machine". Made it seem like Mega Man was just trying to be real, like Pinocchio or something.
