Or that's what I think. I suppose it's up for discussion.

I tried listening specifically, it was not definitive. However, given the context, it seems much more likely to be 'call', because you call out "we are the spark".

It's definitely call because in the music video Josh holds a finger phone to his ear.

That is some great evidence. Not only is it funny, but it's actually a legitimat arguement. =P
