You log your workouts and gain points for different exercises, and eventually you level up after a certain number. You can also earn achievements for different accomplishments, and there are also workout quests you can do that give you extra points, kind of like the stars in Super Mario 64. It's actually really helpful. Right now it's in closed beta, which is why you need an invite link.

That's pretty fuckin neat. If I was on shore I'd totally be down to give this a go. Maybe it'll be out of beta by the time I get back.
I plan on being fucking SWOLE by that point. Gonna buy a bunch of Tapout shirts and Oakleys.
