So I was listening to Get Equipped for about the ten millionth time when I realized; these characters are amazing. They are so good, in fact, that they deserve more than just a song. So, I decided to apply my writing skills to turning the Mega's music into a novel. However, I was struck with a problem. I have no idea how to go about writing it so as to do justice to the source material. As such, I have come to this forum asking for help. Is there anyone who would help me write this along the way? Or is it just a stupid idea that I should drop? Either way, I could use some assistance.

I love the concept, but I am lazy as fuck. The most you could milk out of me is consultation, because I can brainstorm eagle like a boss.

Other than a few things here and there, I don't write often. So there's not much I can do to help since there's probably someone better than me. But, hey, if you do decide to attempt it, you have my support.

I get fired up about writing and such, but I get distracted easily and quit part of the way through. I'm a grammar Nazi and I'm usually pretty strict about following 'canon' guidelines, so I would definitely be someone to consult *coughIwritefanfictioncough* >.>

I actually aspired to be a writer for quite some time, but soon after getting into college realized that I much prefer to be on the other side of the editorial coin. I love to watch the creative process and, when allowed, try and help the improve upon it.
If you really want help, and don't liberal use of dry, passive-aggressive wit, then by all means, send me a manuscript and I'll give it a once-over.

Twilight... did you know that Stephanie Meyer basically said that she was too lazy to research ANYTHING about vampire lore? The monstrosity to cultured vampire lore that twilight is is what Meyer honestly thought vampires were... like, she thought she was doing it right.






Anyways, I'd love to read what you've got once you've made it a ways, Sniper. I'm not sure I'll have time until winter break, but once that hits I'll see what ya got.
