Well, after school today I was out in the front of the school with my friend, almost alone. This seems like a relatively normal circumstance, but there's a catch: I love her.
So I was trying to well up the courage to try and tell her, and I was almost ready to go out and tell Her when my mom pulled up to take me home.
Is She ready? Am I ready? What should I do? What if She doesn't like me back? What if I can't take the pressure and leave at the last second? I need help! I can't keep this a secret from Her any longer, but I'm not sure I want Her to know yet!
If it seems like I'm acting crazy, it's because I am. Thee stress is almost too much.

You're overthinking it man. Are you the kind of guy that plans out conversations with girls the night before?
that never works out in your favour.
Are you close friends with this girl? Sounds like not really, tell her. She says no then atleast your not wondering. Just take it easy and don't stress.

Nope.
And I am close friends with Her.
I'll gather all the solutions on all the forums I've posted this on over the weekend and see what I can do on Monday.

I say just tell her. If you wait and wait, some douche is gonna swoop in while you're trying to decide.

Yeah, and don't spill your love troubles on the third post.
I don't know your class standing, your relationship with this girl, or even your gender. You both sound... young. And why do you capitalize 'Her' each time? Is she God?
Whatever. You have the most common problem that any guy would ever face. You like a girl (keep in mind that you don't actually love her, you only think you do), but you already have a friendship with her. You want something more out of that friendship, and maybe she doesn't (she might). You're on shaky grounds to be this girl's friend. So you either tell her that you're actually interested in her, or you don't. And waiting for the right moment is just an excuse to wait. I could try to lay this down logically, but this is an emotional dilemma. The hardest thing I ever did in highschool was talk to girl after school and say, "Hey, I uh, kinda like you. Do you wanna hang out?"
You can steal that line if you want to.

I'll be blunt because I don't feel like typing a lot right now.
Just go talk to her and tell her how you feel. Don't say love. Like. You like her. Ask her if she would like to go out with you, either as dating or to gowithyoutosomeplace. Two things can happen, she says yes. Cool. She says no. Cool. No harm no foul. Your life isn't over. You don't become the laughing stock of the entire world. Report back here tomorrow.

Jay C is being realistically optimistic.
Here's the worst case scenario: She says yes. Then she's not reading to deal with being in a relationship, but she doesn't want to end things. She sees no way out, so she starts to resent you. She invites you over to chill, and then she stabs you. And you'll be all, "WHY?! I've done nothing to-" Dead. Then she kills herself over the horrific act she just committed. Then the world explodes.
That's the absolute worst thing that could possibly happen, and it doesn't seem so bad in my poorly strung together words.

As someone who's had a ton of crushes over the years, I have absolutely no advice to give because I never acted on any of them.

Okay, best thing I can say is simple.
If you're using the word "love" it can be one of two things.
1) You legitimately believe that you love her
2) You've tricked your own mind into believing something that it really doesn't.
It's happened to me.
Anyway... to the advice part.
Don't over think it... like these fine gentleman said.
And whatever you do... don't do the Anime-esque love scene thing.
(i.e. CONFESSING YOUR LOVE HOOOLLLLEEEEE SHEEET NOT GOOD)
You're better off just going up and saying "Hey, I was really wondering if you would like to go see a movie some time with me".
The final thing I must say is:
If you're friends it may ruin your friendship, is it really worth that?
