No offence and I don't care if I'm being whiney but don't be a dick.
The guy was a nice cheerful dude who didn't do anything wrong.

Chaotic Fox wrote: Look dude, I'm gonna explain this to you once to get it over with. If you wanna keep on thinking I'm an ignoramus moron after that, be my guest. I don't honestly care that much. But I figured, since you seemed so offended, this might help clear things up:
I REALLY REALLY hate the black/nigger stereotypes. I hate that they exist, and I hate that so much of the media and culture glorifies and revolves around them. Rap music (you know what I mean), gangsta attitudes, ghetto-speak, bling... all that shit. I hate it. It's disgraceful.
I honestly don't hate ALL black people, but I do hate those who perpetuate those stupid and idiotic stereotypes, and I REALLY hate how rarely I see people defying them. The media and such certainly don't help.
Now, as a result of this oversaturation with these stereotypes, I have come to make certain generalizations about the majority. Maybe that's unfair of me, but in my experience I have yet to see much different. When I say I am racist or something like "I hate black folk" what I mean is that I hate these stereotypes and how common they are, and how seemingly integrated they have become with the majority (or at least a large section) of "black culture". I hate "stereotypically black" people. Not because of their skin, but because they're stereotypical.
I make judgments about people on an individual basis. I don't assume every black guy I meet is a "nigga" out to steal my bike. But I do think that people who talk and act in certain ways (especially when they do it just for the sake of doing it, or because they think it's cool) are often somewhat stupid and/or obnoxious.
I hate that sort of thing globally, for all races. Stereotypes are dumb, and trying to fall in to a certain "image" is a sad thing altogether, but even moreso when that image is based on something stupid (ICP? lol)

TL;DR He claims to abhor stereotypes while simultaneous subscribing to them.

That's actualy a misleading summary of what he's saying.
He's saying he makes judgements if someone is falling into a stereotype that exists. The point is not that he's being racist, he's saying that he dislikes the type of people who follow stereotypes, and he makes a negative judgement on people who appear to do that.
I agree, his argument is hard to follow, and not incredibly sound. However, all humans make judgements, whether they like it or not. And there tends to be a element of truth in those judgements, even if it isn't always the case.
Granted, I came late enough to not really know his personality, so I will refrain from judging his person. So, I'll leave it at that.

Racial relations don't improve by internet shouting matches. I'll admit to having the occasional bigoted thought, but I can't move past it unless I acknowledge it first. Thinking about race is a preoccupation that you can't influence. It's better to see persons as individuals rather than members of a specific group. Ethnicity, cultural background, or sexual orientation are features that shouldn't singularly define any one person.

True, but they are part of who that person is.

I just don't want to see people whining about him okay?
I'm no better than what you're making him out to be, but leave him alone.

This, and any other negative talk about anyone who no longer is here, is uncalled for. I don't care how you felt about him but fyi bro, some of us are still friends with him. I don't understand all of the animosity, but it needs to stop.

I feel he is a disgusting person and if anyone thinks otherwise it's my job to
correct that.
Since when have I given a fuck. Since when have I expected you to expect me to give a fuck.
Just doing my thing.
