Welcome fellow Megas fan!
Lets talk about movies...since I haven't seen much on them in here.
What are your favorites? What do you hate? What have you always wanted to see?
I like most war movies, Jurassic Park, Star Wars, mob movies and most horror movies.
I buy a horror movie every week to add to my collection, mostly zombie movies, but i am running out of ones to get.
My most recent favorite is Repo! The Genetic Opera, which is a horror movie about a dark future where organ transplants are needed due to disease, or for fashion trends. And if you can not pay your payments, the Repoman will come and repossess you organs for the government....oh and did i mention it's a Rock opera?!?!
It sounds corny, but they pull it off great, its from the guy who made saw, i suggest you look it up.

I like movies with great dialogue. you can pretty much buy anything else with enough money but you can't buy talent for great dialogue. So that in mind, I enjoy Kevin Smith, Wes Anderson, Guy Ritchie, Quinten Tarantino and Cohen Brothers Films. Daniel Day Lewis, Tim Roth, Christian Bale, Jason Schwartzman, Bill Murray, Jude Law and Ethan Hawk films are usually pretty good too. I could list the movies but that'd take up way too much space. Action flicks are fun too like Luc Besson (see Leon the Professional)

Movies for me are tough. It's never a sure thing determining how much I actually like a movie but there are a few that are set in drying cement (metaphor power!) of my opinion.
Fight Club and Pulp Fiction are tied for my favorite. Pulp fiction is great, it totally blew me away. Fight Club I can watch and it never gets old.
The newest movie I fell in love with is There Will be Blood. MILKSHAKE : |

I would like to formally say that Tim Burton can go fuck himself. I really hate his movies. Johnny Depp can also take his weird ass elsewhere.
Godfather > Scarface

Ive got something for 80's movies, I think its the overuse of the synthesizers. So with that I love the "Back to the Future" trilogy, owned em for as long as I can remember and recently decided to uprade to the dvd box.
James Cameron movies!!! T2, Aliens, True lies. Man that guy makes good movies.
Cant think of anymore at the mo.

GM you may as well list all of Tim Burtons Flicks. Or just say "Tim Burton Films." Then we can ask when you'll be turning into a Goth and you can just get it over with.

So if i like 2 movies by the same director then that automatically makes me a rabid fanboy goth?
