It's not necessarily that they're wrong. They just need to chill out because it's not always as abhorrent as they think it is. There's some stupid bullshit being done with DLC but there's also plenty of good stuff.

The exclusive preorder stuff gets kind of insane when you get certain bonuses based on where you preordered it but stuff like day one DLC doesn't faze me in the slightest.

People are really freaking out over the Collectors Edition of ME3 because it includes some of the dlc that will be available at first day launch. It's not pertinent to to the story, it's just an extra character and some weapons, side missions, and costumes for the all the characters. The way I see it, if it doesn't affect the story of the game, then why bitch? They didn't think they'd have it available at launch but wound up busting their asses and getting it done. It's like people bitch when they have to buy certain dlc but what do you want these guys to do? Give away all this shit for free? They gotta make a living too. Plus, it's only ten bucks for the dlc, and I think it goes a long way. Now true, some game developers are guilty of ripping us off when they charge a ridiculous amount of money for a fucking palate swap, but I don't think bioware has ever put out dlc that wasn't worth the money. Not every game can be like Skyrim and have everything to keep you busy for months on end, but then again they had five fucking years to make the damn thing, it better have everything for that long of a development time. A lot of games don't have that long to come out with a game with that much gameplay in it.
