I've played this, it's pretty good, the controls are set up a bit weird on keyboard, but if you use a controller and joy2key it's a lot of fun.

Speaking of fan made megaman flash games have you heard of Megaman X Corrupted?

I oughta check out this game, it sounds pretty cool.

Also, have you guys ever played Megaman X Virus Missions or MMXVM 2? They're pretty cool RPGs that unfortuantely have gone several years without being updated :(
