The feeding ramp is polished to a mirror sheen. The slide's been reinforced. And the interlock with the frame is tightened for added precision. The sight system is original, too. The thumb safety is extended to make it easier on the finger. A long-type trigger with non-slip grooves. A ring hammer... The base of the trigger guard's been filed down for a higher grip. And not only that, nearly every part of this gun has been expertly crafted and customized. Where'd you get something like this?

I've always found that to be more of a Solid Snake thing than a Big Boss thing but maybe that's just my memory playing tricks on me.

I agree that Ocarina of Time was a quite a bit overrated. It's an 8-8.5/10 game. Great, but not the best game ever. Honestly I preferred LttP.

Call of Duty series: The story modes in these games are always short, dull, and boring as hell. The online multiplayer that supposably makes the worst game in the series better than Chrono Trigger is full of immature kids shouting into their mics (What the fuck is an eyeball rimjob?) and cheap-ass spawn campers. The fabnoys-er, I'm sorry, fagboys always say retarded crap like "Nuh-uh CoD rules! The story mode gives you THOUSANDS of hours of fun man, and multiplayer is PERFECT!" WTF is wrong with the game's fanbase?

When I went to an arcade, my quarters were drained by Killer Instinct, Mortal Kombat, and Marvel vs. Capcom. I've put maybe 50 cents into SF2 arcade cabinets in my whole life.

Pokemon series: I don't think Pokemon is a bad game, but I do get annoyed when I hear ignorant shit from its fanboys like "Dude Pokemon rulez is has so much replay value and it is always fun!"
Really? Is grinding for a single pokemon for several hours really one of the greatest entertainment sources of all time?
But what's even worse is hearing stuff like "Final Fantasy 6 aint got shit on Pokemon!"
This especially annoys me. It's like saying pizza is the greatest food of all time. Pizza may be your favorite food, and that's fine. But to say Final Fantasy 6 (Or some other epic RPG) pales in comparison to Pokemon is kinda like saying the Godfather pales in comparison to Friday the 13th.

Final Fantasy 10: I don't think Final Fantasy 7 was bad. I thought it was actually good. I didn't like it at first, but over time, what with all the crappy FF sequels and all I think I've gotten a soft spot for it. It's not the best FF game ever, not even in the top 5. But it's FAR from the worst. The game that really made me like FF7 was not FF12 or FF13, but rather...
Final Fantasy 10. Why you ask? Well let's dig in.
Exibit A: The worst main characters in video game history. I'm not some person who goes around saying a game is the worst ever just because I don't like it. I've thought FF10's characters sucked ass since I first played the game, and I don't think I'll ever find any worse than this cast. Tidus not only looks fucking stupid, but he is goddamn annoying. He's a selfish bitch always bragging about how this is all "his story" until eventually even Yuna gets annoyed about it, and rightfully so at it is HER STORY. Plus, his voice alone makes me so pissed off I want to just reach into the TV and strangle that fucker. Let me tell you, there is nothing worse than having an itch you can't scratch. Wakka is just as annoying as Tidus. In addition to another voice that makes me want to blow somebody's brains out, he has the worst lines EVAR. The one that sticks out to me most is when a bunch of people have had their homes destroyed, so how does this idiot comfort them? By saying...
"Don't cry! It's like a bunch of pretty fireworks!"
I'm sorry if I sound like the SpoonyOne's parrot here, but since Hurricane Katrina actually affected me personally, I think I have the right to say that this is the equivalation of telling everyone, right after Hurricane Katrina,

The only real cool character in this game is Auron, but if he really wanted to impress me, he'd shove Tidus' sword up his ass and force Wakka to choke to death on his blitzball (Which by the way is a god awful choice of a weapon)
The villains, Seymour and Yin Yiev (Or whatever its name is) are also a laugh. You have to fight- er, kick Seymour's ass FOUR TIMES, and each fight is complimented by a horrible song, and Yin Yiev is LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOSE TO. What a terrible fucking final boss.
Speaking of horrible songs, I present to you exibit B: a pretty lame soundtrack. Am I the only one who thinks that Uematsu's skills stepped down a notch or two when he composed this game's soundtrack? Somehow the victory fanfare has been ruined, the FF main theme has been ruined, and the battle themes suck ass. Listen to Jecht's theme again. Can ANYBODY understand what the hell the guy in the song is saying? It sounds like he's just shouting a bunch of gibberish into a microphone >_>
The only memorable song in the game is to Zanarkand but...
The theme of Love from FF4 kicks its ass 10x over
The opera theme from FF6 kicks its ass 100x over
Aerith's theme from FF7 kicks its ass 100x over

Finally I shall point out exibit C: the pacing. The puzzles are boring, long, and memorable for the wrong reasons IF memorable. the blitzball games are required sometimes and let me say they suck. Even the prizes on blitzball suck. It always gives you a bunch of items you don't need anyways. We play FF to enjoy an RPG, not a sports game >_>
I remember on the part where Seymour asks Yuna to marry him, the game dragged on for 4 hours before the plot progressed. WTF?

Maybe I'm being a little harsh on this game because I expected more after playing FF9, but someone needs to be harsh on it. WTF is wrong with the readers of Famitsu? They said this was the #1 game of all time o_O
Then again, it is the same crowd that said FF3 was WAY better than Chrono Trigger. Before the FF3 remake for the DS was even announced. But still, how the hell is this even remotely close to being the best game ever? You wanna know what I think? I think the readers of Famitsu mistook Tidus and Yuna as a lesbian couple and enjoyed hentai of it so much, they decided to vote for this game.

I know I had Final Fantasy 10 in this list, but I'm probably going to get more tomatoes thrown at me for this choice. I will probably go down in history as the spawn of Satan, but I've kept this bottled up for decades and it's time to pour it out.

Super Mario Bros. 3: Okay, I didn't think this game was bad. I thought it was alright, but the best NES game of all time? Ah hell no. I think the main reason people often say SMB3 is the best NES game of all time or the best game of all time is because they have a soft spot for Mario since SMB was their first game ever, but do you wanna know what my first game ever was?
Spelunker.
The game where dildos restore your energy. The game where bat shit makes you go bat shit and die. The game where you die from falling 2 inches.
Spelunker was my first game ever, but if you see me calling Spelunker HD the greatest PS3 game of all time due to nostalgic reasons, then I grant you full permission to give me a slow and painful death by shooting me in the stomach.
SMB3 was hard as hell, the level design was often either completely forgettable or memorable for the wrong reasons, most notably world 7, better known as the world of warp zones. It was long and hard, you got few powerups, the design was frustrating and confusing etc.
Then there were Toad's minigames, one of which I REALLY despise: the memory game. There are 20 goddamn cards, and if you make 2 mistakes you're out. Even if you do perfectly, you only get 2 extra lives. What were they thinking?
And then there are the powerups. The frog and tanuki suits are very rare, and even if you do get them they're useless as hell. With the frog suit, if you even take a single hit (And trust me, it's VERY VERY VERY VERY easy to get hit in this game, ESPECIALLY underwater) then goodbye frog suit. Then again, it's not that useful anyways because you're still slow as hell and big as fuck, making for an easy-ass target. The bear suit is basically just a raccoon tail that covers the entire sprite. I guess it's not useless, but seriously, how lazy did they get when they were designing it? They could've put something extra to it, like a double jump or something. >_<
But the icing on the cake that makes me think this is not up there with masterpieces like Megaman 3 or Crystalis is the ending.

I swear I started ripping my hair out when that happened. Am I the only person in humanity who was frustrated by this?
Some people may call me a Mario hater, but that's not true. I LOVED Mario 2, and to this day I wonder why the hell people worship Super Mediocre Bros 3 yet beat the shit out of Super Mario Bros 2 with a metal pipe and then proceed to rape it with said metal pipe.
Oh yeah, did I mention that Mario 3's soundtrack was lame as hell while Mario 2's soundtrack kicked ass?

Bottom line: I didn't say this game sucked, I'm just saying why I think this is a 7/10 game at best.

Bad characters, bad voice acting, some good plot ideas with almost uniformly terrible execution, rather linear (although this was a far bigger complaint before FF13 came out), railroaded you into using certain characters against certain enemies for a good 40-60% of the game, a really shitty final boss (shitty to the point where a lot of people, myself included, just refer to it as a cutscene battle and say the REAL final boss is Braska's Final Aeon) and the minigame is incredibly hit-or-miss with people.

Don't get me wrong, I love FF10, but it is definitely majorly flawed.

I just remember that being the RPG that made me think about my team composition and what I wanted out of my team.
