Hell, even 3 is still worth playing, despite the ending. if you stop yourself before the last ten minutes, there's honestly not much to complain about! Just to piggyback on what Fox said, the game is still great. Has it's strong points and weak points (I think the first few missions of the game are kinda "eeeeeeeeeh" but later missions are amazing). The ending is atrocious though, and even though I'm having fun replaying the game, there's that little bit in the back of my mind that remembers what I'm working towards and how awful it is. Basically when you get to a point where Anderson says "Best seats in the house.", just turn off the game.

Well yeah ME2 went nuts with how good it is. I can play that game over and over without getting tired of it or the dialogue.

I've been playing Shadows of the Damned, 20-30 minutes at a time. It feels like it's perfect for that, because it has frequent checkpoints, it feels really fast paced, and I feel like I make a fair amount of progress for a 30 minute chunk of playing.

Suda games tend to be paced very well, but SotD was particularly paced well. Great game. Should I pick up all 3 metroid primes for 15 bucks?

If you don't, you should pick them up FOR me and I'll buy them from you. I've been wanting the play them SO bad. Super frustrated that they discontinued the Trilogy port

The first one is worth the $15 alone. I never played 3, and couldn't get into 2, but some people say it's good. I don't really think you could go wrong with getting all 3 at that price, plus if you have fusion you can link it up to Prime 1 and play through the game with a stupid looking suit on!

I played Prime 1 for a while and had a ton of fun with it and then just kinda stopped playing. Picked it up again almost a year down the road and got my ass handed to me by Thardus a few times before giving up. Game gets pretty hard if you don't play it for a while.
I also played Prime 2 for about a half hour and got lost in the dark world looking for keys. Quickly lost interest.

You get a suit like an hour in that cuts the Dark World damage down from 5 per second to 1 per second. It's a lot more manageable after that.
