So, I just bought 4000 points on XBLA, but I don't really know what to spend to em on. Anyone have some recommendations?

Castlevania: SOTN
Marvel vs Capcom 2
Worms 2
Some good DLC, like Fallout addons or something
Battlefield 1943
Mega Man 9
I dunno, whatever. Just browse.

Just to make this easier, I already own:
Shadow Complex
Mega Man 9
Castlevania: SOTN
MvC 2 (or my friend does, technically, but I've play it often enough)
BF1943
So I guess that leaves Worms 2, of the ones recommended so far, heh.

Shit, someone was looking for xbox games awhile back and I posted a big list of both retail and XBLA games.
There's a lot of really good games on XBLA, a lot of shit, too, though. Some of the ones I'd recommend are
Alien Hominid HD
Castle Crashers
Battlefield 1943
Trials HD
Geometry Wars 1 or 2
Pac Man CE
Megaman 9
Shadow Complex
Super Street Fighter 2 HD remix
Bomberman Live
BIONIC COMMANDO REARMED
Aegis Wings (really good gradius type game, and it's fucking FREE)
Undertow
then you've got all the remakes and rereleases
MvC2
Castlevania Symphony of the Night
Rez HD
Gunstar Heroes
Sonic 3 & Knuckles
Double Dragon
TMNT 1989
Streets of Rage 2
Golden Axe
Metal Slug 3
Contra/Super Contra
Galaga
Banjo Kazooie
DOOM
Marathon 2
Duke Nukem 3D
Soul Calibur
Peggle
plenty of other shit, too, but I can't think of anymore right now.

Oh, that's good, there are people here that actually play indie games...I already own those two. They're made by James Silva, who's practically a personal hero of mine. I've been developing an indie game, and ZP2k9 is currently the most similar game on the service. It's pretty impressive what's he pulled off all by himself, and his sales numbers are just...absurd.
Castle Crashers'll be a definite for me...and I'd get some of the older games if I could justify to myself rebuying any of them. I bought SOTN because it's pretty much my favorite game of all time, but some of the others, like SoR and Golden Axe, I just can't justify buying, and I loved those games back in the day.

It's a gradius style shooter that can have up to 4 players. One of the best game mechanics is the ability to GATTAI (or combine, for you dirty gaijin) with another player. 3 ships can combine onto one, so then the one that got Combined onto controls where everyone moves, the rest of you just aim your shots. It's pretty rad.
Plus it's free.
