Megaman-Don't really have a favorite, but leaning towards Cutman, only because of his stage music.
Megaman 2-Bubbleman, slightly beating out Metalman and Airman.
Megaman 3-Snakeman, he has no equal in this game.
Megaman 4-Skullman, his stage design and music rock.
Megaman 5-Waveman, slightly beating out Napalmman, I like the waverider section in Waveman's stage.
