My friends and I used to go no-items exclusively in original Smash Bros to help us skill up.
We also thought throws should be banned because they were OP. rofl
Ah, youth

Kirby's piledriver was basically game-breaking.

Oh yeah, whenever me and my friends needed to settle a grudge match or play for something (such as the last burger), we do the whole No Items/Final D situation.

I've never played competitive Brawl, but I have played high with only Pokemon and a few friends. The most fun I've had in a while.
I think that's the exact opposite of what we're talking about.

Fix'd When I was a kid, I went to a day-care center a lot. They had an N64 and SSB, so I played with OG Mario. In Melee, it's Dr. Mario all the way. (They had a Gamecube and SSBM in the last few years I got to go there. I pwned at that. I miss KidsPark...)

I got to go there until I was 12. In my last year going there they always gave me a "Junior Teacher" sticker under my name tag because I was such a good kid. I was so sad when I wasn't allowed to go there anymore...
But anyways, about those fighting games... yeah...

Now I feel like starting a "For the record" forum game. I probably shouldn't, though

How can you be bad at a game with over FIFTY CHARACTERS? There has to be SOMEONE you're good with.
If not, just pick Cable, Sentinel, and War Machine.

So I played MvC2 for REAL the first time today (as in more than 1 fight at a time), and picked up quickly. Tron bonne RAPES mad face, Megaman's in there in spirit, and I can't pick a third character.
