That's the only thing I don't like about it. Not saying it's gonna be a bad game, I still want to play it and think it looks like a lot of fun.
I just think it would have looked a lot better graphically if they had committed to going with something more stylized like wind waker or other games like okami or madworld, or gone with a more realistic approach similar to Twilight Princess and taken that as far as they could on the wii, Monster Hunter tri did this and looks great.
But to me, the in game graphics just hit this weird midpoint that feels like nintendo couldn't decide what to do because people cried about Wind Waker's graphics, so they gave them something more traditional looking with Twilight Princess, and then people cried about those graphics.

Brink, anyone? Getting mixed reviews, although nearly every one states (as expected) that you need to play with friends to enjoy it.

Ahh, Wind Waker. Such great memories... god, I loved that game. The wide open sea, the vast wealth of hidden alcoves in the differnt islands. Windfall Island was such a lively city, yet full of secret treasurs and hidden clues. And the Ghost Ship!
Is nostalgia the opposite of hype? It's sorta like hype in the reverse direction.
And oh Twilight Princess. Moving story with the Twili. Zant is a really interesting character with his motives. And I agree with JT, really great dungeon and boss design.
I try to be optimistic towards new games. We don't know everything about them, so I always assume that the creators are still aware of the things people say they're missing. Like, keep in mind we haven't seen the full extent of the games art style, all they can do with it, and it in full, moving sequence. I trust they will do well with it, and so I'm just happily excited for the game!

But in the meantime, I am fucking hyped for the new Red Faction. Red Fractions Gorilla was fucking awesome just because of all the crazy weapons and how amazing the destruction physics were. Played the demo for the new one, they give you the ability to shoot black holes which pull everything in before exploding, a magnet gun, and a repair gun to fix the shit you destroy this time around. I'm fucking sold.
