I was always a fan of Dust Man. His song could definitely be a bit more depressing, something about working in a junk yard/recycling plant and seeing his previous siblings destroyed bodies.
Ooh, and the enemy select screen was pretty awesome sounding!
And of course the super-short final Wily battle song, mmmm.
Also the rest of MM4 too.
