From MM2, gotta give it to Quick and the Blue. It's the first song I heard from The Megas and roped me into all of this.
Out of the newer stuff, Fly on a Dog is just amazing, with Can't Stop the Top/Don't Shoot Me, I'm Dancing/whatever they're deciding to call it.

I like it when the philosophy is unique to each robot master. It gives them each character and shows that being an automation isn't the same experience for every robot. The cheesy specific references to each master's name or abilities makes the characters feel more unique and alive than when you've just got a gaggle of robots echoing the same issues/philosophies about robotdom
And above all, how the lyrics just sound. They're melodic. And beautiful because they have an amazing depth with just the right spice of humor.

Fire and Ice is probably my favorite, followed by Woodman.

JT tells it like it is.
I do like Fly on a Dog though.

There's a line about him biting, and maybe one about shedding, which I'm fine with. I like puns, but I also like subtlety.

I don't care if he hisses or not, I just get excited when there's more "can't stop the top" than "we are Wily's war pawns - viva le robot"

Megatainment - Evolution of Circuitry. It's ALWAYS stuck in my head and I love how optimistic the lyrics are in comparison to the other Megas songs.
Get Equipped - The Quick And The Blue. The western feel is perfectly encapsulated, I feel sorta sorry for Quickman throughout and D'AT ENDING, MAN. D'AT ENDING. Promise of Redemption has also quickly become one of my faves mostly for the ending.
New Stuff - Either Breakman or Snakeman. I'm Not the Breakman is full of so much raw emotion and is really catchy. Only in this, Quick and the Blue and Redemption have I genuinely felt sorry for the characters. And Snakeman's new song is just really catchy and a brilliant way of using the whole snake thing. Rather than be all hissy, he's all bringer of sins to the world through lies and stuff. And it is GLORIOUS.
...I love all their songs so much though.

Holy wombat these forums look crazy.
Quickman. If only for "Your speed means nothing if it's death that you're running from" being, simply, one of the best lyrics ever made.
New stuff, hard to tell, I like it all so much. Probably Breakman so far, as others have said.
A non-forum friend of mine votes for Airman. My 2nd favorite from GE.
