Oh snap, there's people coming to my rescue!
Hey Teh_Uberfailure:
A) I'm cocky.
B) Just dropping in to tell you that!
Also, I feel awesome, thanks. You can understand that I want stuff, good picking up on that one; almost thought I lost touch with my thread. I know why I bother with you, it's the same reason cats play with mice. It's fun!
The Megas clearly rock, that's why i'm on their forums asking for more. If you have a problem with me, you're looking in the wrong direction son. I'm not beyond relentlessly pointing out how much of a fool you are.
Now go back to talking with your little friends about how awesome you are because you don't ever ask for anything.

Jesus, I leave for so long and this happens. And Christmas, too.
GUESS MY ENTHUSIASM IS WHAT KEPT YOU GUYS FROM HATING EACH OTHER HURR DURR YOUR WELCOME
lmao Majin dude just chill out man we all want MM3, or MMX, or the belmonts, or all of the above and more, but it'll happen without all that. But you saying Sparked a War was possibly thanks to you is pretty silly. Especially since I'm the one who kept saying "Sparkman single", what, trying to steal my thunder now!? :p
A podcast would be nice though, to whoever mentioned that. Haven't had one in a while. And those are certainly easier to produce than new songs
Actually just look at Jay C's last post he pretty much summed it up. *respect knuckles*

Aside from Jay-C, Minister Wighty, and Comm, this is all still pretty immature.
and Majin, don't assume I'm saying I'm on your side. You're acting the least-mature of all of us.

Minister Wighty wrote: The Megas are not some grouchy old man or bitter mother-in-law sitting in a high tower. They are busy men with day jobs who want to do their best on the album. Just because people ask for it or get impatient doesn't mean they're suddenly going to decide we don't deserve to have it anymore because we wanted it too much. Fans clamoring for an album to come out generates hype. Hype gets people talking. When people are talking word spreads. When word spreads more people hear about it and when more people hear about it they'll start clamoring for a new album. That's totally what you're supposed to do as a fan.
That being said, why so serious? Damn, I know the Megas are an important band to a lot of people (myself included) and this is going to be a truly epic album, but is there really nothing more pressing to argue about on the internet? Politics? Religion? Anything!? Must we sully the fun stuff we have? The album will be out when its done and they'll give us a taste when they can. The Megas love thier fans, after all, and it's not like they're in the middle of a legal battle or anything truly time-stopping as far as an album goes. Hell, man, even Chinese Democracy got released eventually.
I've seen too much hype ruin things before. Now, that's not saying I think the next album will fall prey to that sort of thing, but I'm just saying, hype's not harmless. And, in terms of 'spreading the word', I prefer things like "Man, I'm so excited. I can't wait!" This as opposed to demanding teasers every couple of months.
Now, you seem to think I have a quota for the amount of times I have to argue. I do not. If I see something I disagree with, I will say so, politely if I can. Even the small things can be interesting to debate. Here, for example, we're getting at what is a fan's responsability to the band. Not earthshaking, but still interesting to me.
But perhaps I've sparked a war.

The first thing you said in this thread was attacking the guy.

Well, there we have an example of when I'm not polite. Guess I had just let the minor irritation of this build and build. I was also not in the best of moods.
Also, now that it's Christmas Eve, I'm in a much better mood. Doesn't mean I'd take back what I said, but I probably would have said it differently.

Look, I don't care about taking sides. I only express my own views.
I honestly think that this is retarded now. He's obviously trying to get a reaction out of us. Some people are just stupid like that.
I say that we should all just stop. Obviously it's going to turn sour and people will take things personally if this goes on.
...
I'm just sick of it.

What made you think I was referring to you? I understand why you would be mistaken; you clearly couldn't even see that I was defending myself after being attacked and you call me the least-mature. Educate yourself fool.
Helios: Jigger accurately pointed out you drew first blood and even then you're too proud to admit you're wrong. It's cool though, I don't judge fools. They merely amuse me.
Uberfail: I'm glad to see you put your tail between your legs and "back off" as you would say it. Next time you decide to pick a side, try sitting on the fence for a while before you go zero for two.
Merry Christmas to the rest of you who don't judge random posters for being a fan.

I honestly don't know why he's attacking Helios. Technically I was the one who mentioned something first. All Helios did was actually place a name to it.

Oh hey there
real mature
who else has resorted to name calling?
I get you're angry over being called out, but let's face it, you were being pretty arrogant, especially after claiming responsibility for the Sparkman single. Especially since, with three extra songs, it had obviously been in the works for a while.

Majin. Here's an idea. Be mature... like I'm trying to be.
Come see me in the Megas chatroom if you have the balls.
C'mon...
