That's because ES convinced them to, they never had any intention of doing MM1 until ES approached them about a collaboration.

I actually didn't mind the MM4 soundtrack so was hoping they'd do that after MM3 ^^;
Also for the record, my Megatainment CD made it across the pond intact with no scratches or anything.... guess i'm lucky  _________________

Unfortunately for those of us who like MM4's soundtrack (me), The Megas have said in the podcast that they probably won't do that. The MIGHT change their minds, and there's always the chance of them using our idea of taking songs from multiple games, but so far, X and 9 are looking like they'll take precedent.

Wait, so was the MM9 thing mentioned as a full album? I remembered it being mentioned as just them doing one song from the soundtrack, but that was quite awhile ago so I don't really remember.
