Lately I've caught wind that some forum regulars arent feeling so welcome in the forums anymore. Bottom line...don't be dicks. There are lots of other forums you can go to and be super lame. Don't do it on ours. Lets respect each others opinions and have an actual functional forum here. Thanks. Party.

You know. I'm not innocent in all this; BUT, when we have a forum with no guidelines for new comers and no real moderators to help deal with trouble then you leave an unchecked system to chaos which is exactly what happened. This isn't the first time this has happened and it won't be the last I assure you.
We have people who are exhausted of teaching forum etiquette to new people who take things too personally and lash out which only provokes an already aggravated group of people who are fed up with being spat in the face.
With the departure of Tank Man, Dutch Man, CTucker & now Uber these are all examples of conflicts that got way out of hand and with no regular moderating to call both participants to their corners then these conflicts will most likely be carried out to their final stupidity.
Maybe I'm out of line here and asking for a world of hating; but, I think this all still bares the question of .... Could it have been avoided?
I know some of the people that have left us, the forum is better off without; but, it seems as though as reasonable people we could have parted on better terms.

I will admit I've had my arguments with Uber, and in retrospect, yeah, I was being a bit of a dick. I'll try to keep that to a minimal - I suppose I'm so used to people understanding my sarcasm in person, as opposed to the fact that that just doesn't carry out in text nearly as well.
